Tennessee Is A Great Place To Live!

Paul Taylor, Affiliate Broker with Crye-Leike, RealtorsI recently joined Crye-Leike, Realtors as an Affiliate Broker in the Fairview, Tennessee office. I have three years experience with another agency, and decided to transfer to the #1 real estate company in the state of Tennessee and #1 in the Mid-South.

Tennessee is a great place to live!

Within a few hours, you can be fishing on the Tennessee River, mountain climbing in the Smokies, snow skiing in Gatlinburg and just about any other activity you want to do. Within a day, you can be in New Orleans, New York, Washington, D.C., Miami, Dallas, and just about anywhere East of the Mississippi.

I will be focusing my efforts on the Middle Tennessee area. Nashville is growing by leaps and bounds. Here you may get a glimpse of your favorite country star. You may see anyone from Tim and Faith, and Brooks and Dunn, to Toby Keith and the Dixie Chicks. Or perhaps you want to try your hand at singing at the many clubs around town.

The cities around Nashville are also great places to live. Brentwood, in Williamson County, which is just outside of Nashville, is one of the more expensive cities in the United States. Many of the country stars live here and many of the houses are over a million dollars. If you are interested in property in Brentwood, Tennessee, please give me a call!

Franklin and Fairview are also in Williamson County although the houses there are not as pricey as they are in Brentwood. These two cities retain their rural qualities, yet are close to everything. Franklin has one of the best malls around - Cool Springs Galleria - where you can find just about everything you want or need.

Dickson County is one of the fastest growing cities in Tennessee and is only about 30 minutes from Nashville. The prices are very reasonable and there is plenty of shopping and eating places here. You have plenty of choices to make in Dickson County.

Hickman County, although rural, is beginning to grow. A new interstate, I-840, is scheduled to open in the next three or four years. One section of it, to Dickson County, is already open and the section to Franklin is nearing completion. Hickman County has several small towns including: Bon Aqua, Lyles, and Centerville that are easy commutes to Nashville. A new high school, East Hickman High School is opening in August, 2007. Hickman County is on the verge of "bustin' loose." Grinder's Switch, in Centerville, is where Minnie Pearl was from.

As you can tell from my describtions of the towns around Nashville, it is a great place to live.
